DogWise Full Grooms
We offer a full grooming service in a beautiful salon based in the heart of Wimbledon. Our grooming service is reserved just for DogWise clients, who benefit from a regular scheduled groom every six weeks, taking place after their Adventure Day or walk.
As all grooming is performed by DogWise's fully qualified dog groomer (that's me, Rachel!)
They are already in the care of someone they know and trust. The difference this makes to ensuring a calm and stress groom can't be overestimated.

Full Grooming Service
We offer a full grooming service specialising in small breeds. Our grooms include the full spa experience! Each groom will start with an assessment of your dogs skin and coat condition, with products being chosen to best suit their coat type. They will enjoy a bath using the best professional bathing products, ear clean, blueberry facial wash and nail trim.
After drying, they will be clipped and scissored in line with their specific requirements. Short or smooth haired dog will enjoy a full deshed and brush out.
Then, of course, every groom is finished with the obligatory biscuit and celebration of how cute they look!

Rachel is a fully qualified dog grooming and holds her Level 3 Certificate in Professional Dog Grooming. Each dog is groomed with care and gentle handling. We're of course already firm friends from spending time together, whether its as part of our group dog walks or Adventure Days. This really helps in keeping the grooming process stress free and helps your dog build trust and confidence in the grooming process.
Teeth cleaning
Dental care is an essential part of ensuring our dogs stay fit and healthy. We offer the Emmi-pet Ultrasonic teeth cleaning system as part of our grooming service.

At DogWise, we take the hassle out of booking your dog in for their next grooming appointment. Your dog will be booked in for their groom on a rolling appointment basis every six weeks. No more ringing around for that last minute appointment! A regular grooming schedule is so important for your dog, setting them up for success in the grooming salon and gaining confidence with calm, consistent appointments. Matting will be thing of the past and you'll be left with a happy, well groomed dog!

We understand that the grooming process can be stressful for some dogs. Having a familiar person that they know and trust doing their grooms makes such a difference for them feeling confident and calm.

All breeds can benefit from a regular grooming schedule. Short coated dogs can have a thorough deshed treatment, ears cleaned and nails clipped. We often find things during a groom that an owner may not spot, such as ticks and grass seeds.

Our grooms are priced individually based on your dogs size, coat type, temperament and coat condition. Short haired small breeds are priced from £60, while a small wool coated dog such as a cockapoo is priced from £75.

Yes where possible the groom will be scheduled for the day your dog is with us for either their group walk or adventure day. When this isn't possible we will arrange a suitable day and include pick up and drop off from your home.

As soon as they arrive home with you, if not before at their breeders. Early, gentle exposure to the grooming salon and grooming process will set your puppy up for a life time of stress free grooms.
Rachel has been grooming our cocker spaniel Jackson for years and we couldn't be happier. He gets into absolutely everything on a walk, loves to swim, a muddy puddle will never be bypassed! He leaves looking sleek and amazing, ready for the next swamp! Rachel has also found and removed many a grass seed between this toes during the summer months, so grateful she brought this to our attention so we now check as well!

We first found Rachel when we were looking for a groomer for our cavapoo puppy Hattie. Rachel was so wonderful introducing Hattie to the world of dog grooming! She joined her at the salon for an explore, getting used to all the sounds and smells. She then progressed to a gentle bath and blow dry. Her face was tidied up (the gift of sight) and her little feet trimmed so didn't look like the grinch anymore! She's been for big girl grooms ever since and always looks amazing!
